Alternate Care Program

My mom had lived happily and independently for many years, but lately she’d become increasingly forgetful, had a bad fall and found it difficult to keep up with all the household chores. We both agreed it was time to think about a move to a community that offers her more assistance. But where to begin? What’s available? Can we afford it? Thankfully, Partners for Transitions was able to guide us through the whole process. Now mom is settled in a great place---and once again enjoying her life. I’m relieved.
