End Of Life Program
Our mom entered the hospice program somewhat relunctantly and dad was feeling very overwhelmed. Although the hospice team has been very responsive, all of us kids live out of the area and we worry about our parents. Having PFT checking in with our parents weekly has been the extra reassurance we all need. We know they’re in good hands all around.
The End-of-Life Program provides one-on-one assistance to family members and loved ones.
• Works with Hospice.
• Assists with mortuary arrangements.
• Helps to implement final wishes, memorial and funeral arrangements.
• Provides gentle assistance during a difficult time.
• Assists family/friends to work with new responsibilities while honoring their need to grieve.
