Logo & Philosophy
The logo reflects the underlying philosophy of Partners for Transitions.
The two leaves in a yin/yang configuration symbolize the many processes inherent in life’s transitions.
The blue leaf symbolizes the spiritual nature of life, which we often experience most profoundly during times of loss or major transitions. By definition, this is a time of deep reflection, questioning and, hopefully, finding resolution and closure.
The green leaf symbolizes the potential for new growth, the renewal and rebirth possible following any major life transition.
The golden ring surrounding the leaves symbolizes the partnership aspect of our work; we help our clients create a circle of support which encompasses their need for dignity and respect. The on-going, personal support offered by Shary and the Partners is the feature that makes our company unique. For example, when it’s time to move a loved one because he or she can no longer live independently, we will accompany our client(s) to visit the facilities being considered. If our client is out of town for a couple weeks, through our “Pop In Program” we will visit the loved one to ensure that quality care continues.
Partners for Transitions is committed to staying the course, providing the long-term personal and practical support that is our hallmark. |
