Accessing Our Services If you or someone you know would like to access the services of Partners for Transitions, you may call or email us. Upon contact, Shary Farr will meet with the client(s) to discuss and assess how we may best serve them. After the initial assessment is complete, Shary will carefully match the client(s) with two members of our Partners for Transitions team. These two “partners” will comprise the primary team that provides the on-going service(s). Shary will be available for back-up and special needs. Together, you and your team members along with Shary will form a partnership that is personal and practical---and long term. |
